Yes, accompanying friends or family members should be listed in the same application form as the participant.

5. Are there other hotels I can choose?

6. What should I do if I or the accompanying person needs to cancel our registration?
Full cancelation can only be done until July 1, and should be requested directly to AD Eventos by e-mail ADturismo (andrea@adeventosbrasil.com.br). To remove the name of accompanying members in the registration form, go to Registration Area, update the information and a new charging data will be processed. If the registration has already been paid, get in touch with AD Eventos by the e-mail ADturismo (andrea@adeventosbrasil.com.br) explaining the situation.
7. How do I participate in visits and activities not included in the package?

8. Can I stay at another hotel and only pay for the registration?
Yes, register in the link. http://www.icg2010.com.br/inscricoes.php. After registering, get in touch with Juliana (AD Turismo) juliana@adturismo.com.br for the hotel options near the location of the event.
9. How do I pay for my registration?
Registration can be paid with credit cards (VISA, American, MasterCard etc), Bank payment (only Brazilians) or bank transfer (check your bank rates).
10. Is the organization committee of the conference responsible for my welfare during the event and outside it?
Abividro and AD Turismo will provide the necessary safety. However we suggest that all participants and accompanying members have travel insurance, offered by AD Turismo. For additional information get in touch with Juliana (AD Turismo) juliana@adturismo.com.br.
11. How do I submit my work?
Go to the Submit Abstracts page for information http://www.icg2010.com.br/submissao.php. In order to submit your work, you must first fill out the pre-registration form.
12. Can I present the work of a friend if he/she is unable to go?
Yes, but only if you are a co-author and do not exceed the limit of one oral presentation and one poster presentation.
13. I am co-author of many works. Can I present all of them or is there a limit for the number of works presented for each registration in the conference?
Each registration allows for AT MOST, one oral presentation and one poster presentation.
