Presentation of Papers
To avoid vacancies in the program timeframe, authors in charge of oral presentations are required to pay for their registration fee by Sept. 10th, or their presentations may be moved to a Poster session.
The abstracts and the Conference program will be recorded in a CD-ROM available to all participants.
The maximum time for the oral presentations will be 15 minutes (30 minutes for invited speakers), including some time for a brief debate. Poster presentations will be done in a designated site (the panel to display the posters will have 220cm in height by 92cm in width). All the materials required to display the posters will be supplied.
Equipment
The following equipment will be available: datashow, overhead projector, notebook and screen in addition to a complete sound system. Should any other type of equipment be required, (video movie projector, slide projector), please contact the Congress Office before June 1, 2010.
Please note that presentations will be made only with the equipment installed by the organizers.
